ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Chamber's Annual General Meeting 

Notice is hereby given that the Chamber will hold its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 21 May 2024 at 8.00 am, as part of the regular Chamber breakfast meeting.

Visitors and guests are welcome, but only members may vote. 

New Committee members are always needed! This is a voluntary role and you are not required to do a great deal of work - we invite you to attend the first couple of Committee meetings to get a feel for how things run - thereafter you are free to choose anything you would like to get involved in. The committee meets every month - the more people there are, the more the Chamber can do!

If any members would like to stand for the Committee, please send me your nomination NO LATER THAN 14 MAY 2024.

Following the formal business proceedings, there will be an open forum where any members may give ideas, opinions and any general feedback to the Committee. If you are unable to attend the AGM but have anything to contribute, please submit it to me by NO LATER THAN 14 MAY 2024 and I will ensure it is read out at the meeting.
