They will cover how to support colleagues who may be struggling with MSK conditions, including those at risk of leaving work or finding it difficult to return. The session will highlight ways employers can have confident, supportive conversations about MSK health, where to signpost staff for support, and simple ideas to help make workplaces more MSK-friendly Whether you’re looking to prevent MSK-related sickness absence, support staff to stay well at work, or manage your own MSK health day-to-day, they will share resources and services that can help. Did you know? MSK conditions are the second biggest cause of sickness absence in the UK, leading to more than 20 million lost workdays each year. About Us: East Sussex MSK is the NHS Referral Management Service for East Sussex – treating all bone, muscle and joint issues within East Sussex. They offer community services, including Physiotherapy, Chronic Pain Management, Podiatry and Orthopaedics are also responsible for Rheumatology and Pelvic Health.
