The meeting will commence as usual at 7.00 am to network before we sit down at 7.30 am. The usual 1-minute introductions will follow, with the AGM commencing at 8.00 am. The meeting is a requirement and provides a forum for electing new Committee members. It is informative and allows you to express your views and share your ideas. The Agenda is below: A G E N D A 1. 21 Breakfast Club 21/04/2026 - 7:00 am - 8:30 am Saltdean Lido The Oval Park Saltdean Park Rd Saltdean, BN2 8SP View Location Map Peacehaven & District Chamber of Commerce Breakfast Club For details of the next event click here Guest Speaker Anne Bickmore - ABC Fund Anne Bickmore set up the ABC Fund charity in 1991 to provide trips and treats for children living with adversity by putting smiles on their faces Starting in a small way, they bought pantomime tickets and Christmas food hampers, which they still do to this day, only on a much bigger scale. The ABC Fund also bought in vouchers, provided equipment for holiday play schemes, 1500 colouring books and crayons for the hospital, as well as trauma teddies for the ambulance service. As their funds grew, so did their activities. More pantomime seats, with an increased number of food hampers, and enjoyed many more days out. Today, they are a small and voluntary team raising funds and organising many activities for children. Come and join us on Tuesday, 21 April to find out more about this marvellous charity.
